This policy describes how Gradien Inc. ("Gradien," "we," "us") handles information collected through the public gradien.ai website and, where noted, the Core application. It is written to be clear and complete, and portions are marked for final legal review before this policy is treated as a finished legal document.
What this policy covers
This policy covers gradien.ai (the public marketing site, Resources system, and Contact form) and references how Core (core.gradien.ai) handles account and workspace data at a summary level. Core maintains its own in-product privacy and data-handling documentation for authenticated customer data, which controls for anything not addressed here.
Website analytics (PostHog)
Gradien uses PostHog Web Analytics to understand which pages and product explanations are useful. PostHog is a third-party analytics service that processes aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, referrers, general device and browser category, and approximate performance metrics.
Website analytics is not yet active on gradien.ai. Once it is enabled, this section will describe the choice presented to visitors and how to change it at any time.
What Gradien does not send to PostHog
Contact form field values (name, email, company, message, links, account email), session recordings, and heatmaps are never sent to PostHog. Session replay and broad autocapture are disabled at launch.
Contact form data
When you submit the Contact form, Gradien collects the fields you provide (inquiry type, name, email, optional company, message, optional link, and category-specific fields for account support requests) to route and respond to your inquiry. This data is sent to Gradien's team through Loops transactional email and is not sent to PostHog.
Submitting the Contact form is not marketing consent. Gradien does not add Contact submissions to a marketing mailing list.
Resources subscription
The Resources subscription form is a separate, explicit-consent action. Subscribing adds your email address to a dedicated Loops mailing list used only for research, guides, and Core product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any subscription email.

- Loops, for transactional Contact email and the Resources mailing list.
- Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare), for serving the website and processing form submissions.

Retention
Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and for a limited operational period afterward. Resources subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's project-level retention settings.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information Gradien holds about you. Contact Gradien to make a request.
Security
Gradien uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than your own by Gradien's service providers. [Legal review: confirm transfer mechanisms before publication.]
Changes to this policy
Gradien may update this policy as the product and services change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
